May I use an outside caterer?

Yes, we welcome your choice of caterers, or you may provide your own food at extra charge.

May we bring refreshments?

Yes, you may bring your favorite beverages at extra charge.

May I have a disc jockey or band?

Yes, you may have a disc jockey, band, or bring your own equipment.

Does the deposit go toward my rental?

The deposit is a seperate refuncable fee that is returned two days after the funtion, provided the room is left in the order agreed.

May I hold my Wedding Ceremony there?

Yes, and with our Weeding archway and facilities, it is practical and appropriate to exchange vows in any on of the three rooms.

Should I need to cancel my function, is the deposit returned?

Once your deposit is placed, we turn away others for that date. Therefore, deposits on cancelled events cannot be returned.

Do I clean up the room after the function?

We ask that you take down your decorations and put the items from the table tops and floor into the refuse containers provided so we may return your full deposit.

May I charge admission to my event?

No, it is against our policy.

How many rooms are available?

Kings Inn has 130 rooms for your quests' convenience. Rooms have either a King bed or two double beds and are newly decorated.
